November 2024: What’s new on the ABCP Platform

#ABCP_2.0 (tags used before:  #abcp_TS #abcp_TS-2)

• A large number of modifications and improvements have been made in ABCP 2.0. Changes have been implemented in the following sections: orders, finance, goods receipts, and return to the supplier.

#abcp_finance

• The report and history of bonus accruals and debits in the bonus system have been made more transparent.
• A new TipTop Pay payment system has been integrated to replace CloudPayments in Kazakhstan.
• Integration with Gazprombank PS has been improved.
• “Yandex Pay and Split” PS has been improved.

#abcp_price

• The average weight of a product group is now used in pricing and search if the weight is not specified in the product information. 
• The weight from the TC product directory is now used in pricing if the option is enabled.

#abcp_site

• Now the following action upon clicking on the product image can be customized for product previews on all pages of the website: show the enlarged image (by default), go to the search output of the second stage of the search, open the flypage. It is configured with the “Open when clicking on the product image” option. 
• The output of the non-returnable goods list in the cart notification has been improved.
• A new design theme has been created — template №35.

#abcp_order

• The ability to choose the “Search by exact match” option or by occurrence has been added to the search by orders. For example, in the first option, when searching for “DZ05Q2I”, the response will consist only of orders with this article, while in the second option, the “DZ05Q2IK1” article can be added.
• The payment type that is already being used for delivery can now be linked to orders with the “Pickup” option placed on the website. 

#abcp_cart 

• Batch loading of the cart from a file with prices has been implemented, i.e. when uploading a file from the employee account, prices from a file will be displayed in the cart. 

#abcp_forms

• The BONUS_BALANCE variable for displaying the amount of bonus points has been added to the “Order” printing form. 
• The customer’s address is now displayed in the “Good’s return: Delivery-acceptance act” printing form. It is useful when the store picks up returns at the customer’s address on its own. 
• The subject of the request has been added to the feedback form (/feedback). Topics can be customized in the “Forms” section. 

#abcp_export_prices

• New options for forming descriptions of price lists exporting in all formats have been added.
• For Avito:
• TireYear tag is now broadcast only for used tires;
• The “Not subject for SAE classification” text is now transmitted to the SAE tag for gear oils if there is no “viscosity” parameter in the product information;
• The code of the BodySparePartType tag formation has been updated;
• The tags translation for Avito.Delivery can now be customized.

#abcp_sms_telegram_whatsapp

• Data on SMS messages when sending a phone confirmation code has been added to the Notification delivery report.
• Support for the SPENT_BONUSES and ACCRUAL_BONUSES variables has been added to the messages about new order in Telegram and Whatsapp.
• The value of the “Enable emails sending” parameter has been added to the “Export of customers list to csv” file.
• Change of the phone number in the customer’s personal area without confirmation by SMS has been forbidden.

#abcp_catalog

• In “My catalogs”:
• A new “Standard, with side menu” catalog type has appeared, folders of this catalog are displayed on the website in the form of a tree. Dynamic loading of the folder tree in the Control Panel has also been implemented, it speeds up the loading of the catalog pages;
• Now when you click on any area of a folder in the catalog, including an image, the folder page opens;
• When CNC is enabled, links to the catalog in the menu are changed automatically;
• The catalog code has been improved and optimized.

#abcp_API

• A new operation for creating routes for a supplier has been added — POST cp/route/create.

#abcp_cp

• Search for orders by VIN within the Control Panel has been added: in the search bar in the Control Panel header, by icons in Customer’s Garage. The search allows you to view orders with positions only by vehicle or by vehicle and customer. 

 #abcp_brands

• Statistics on working with manufacturers’ data in November:
• brands added — 100;
• brand descriptions added — 118;
• articles added — 66111;
• product images added — 213362; 
• cross references added — 1666660.

#abcp_suppliers

• When searching by description for one vendor, the search results limit has been increased to 3000 records (earlier it was 300). 
• The encoding of the mail server for the Turkish language has been updated.
• The ABCP mail server service has been updated and improved,
