December 2023: What’s new on the ABCP Platform

#ABCP_2.0 (tags used before: #abcp_TS #abcp_TS-2)

• A large number of modifications and improvements has been made in ABCP2.0. Changes have been implemented in the following sections: orders, orders to suppliers, delivery, shipments, reports and returns.

#abcp_delivery

• The ability to change the type of delivery and delivery address of a paid order has been implemented. 
• Address hints for websites in Belarus and Kazakhstan have been added. 
• An option for sorting delivery addresses alphabetically has been implemented. By default - by date of adding. 

Integration with Versta:

• Weight and size restrictions are now displayed for each orders pickup point. 
• Boxes now have dimensions.
• Now order number 1.0 or delivery number 2.0 are transferred to the delivery order. 
• “Sender SMS-informing” and “Receiver SMS-informing” services have been added.
• The window with delivery information 1.0 has been improved — the number of the consignment note from transportation company, quick copying of the number and links to the track have been displayed and the documents printing has been duplicated in this window. 

#abcp_order 

• Now when a customer adds/edits a comment to an order item, an e-mail notification is sent. It can be edited in “Orders: Order notifications”. 

#abcp_sms_telegram_whatsapp

• Changes to Telegram settings in the Control Panel are now being logged. 
• Notifications for employees about events of orders statuses changes and bonuses accrual and expiration via telegram-bot have been added.
• SMS, Telegram and WhatsApp notifications now support CELL_POSITION variable for orders statuses change events.
• E-mail notification for employees about adding/editing of a comment to an order item by a customer has been added. 

#abcp_CRM

• The ability to hide the “Delete” and “Delete account” buttons in the clients’ personal accounts on the website has been implemented. 

#abcp_cart

• Now it is possible to enable the displaying of product images in the cart.
• The “Minimum order amount” column has been added to the customers’ export.

#abcp_search

• The ability to specify a fixed markup depending on the final price has been implemented. 
• The minimum prices of offers are displayed in the filter by brands. 
• A separate “Found goods” header of search results by description has been added. 

#abcp_payment

• Yandex Pay and Split acquiring has been integrated.
• VTB acquiring has been integrated.

#abcp_finance

• Points pending can now be manually withdrawn.

#abcp_export_prices

• The filter by description in price list generation has been improved - ability to write regular expressions has been added.
• Weight information from the TS directory is now used in price lists generation, similar to the search. 
• Two new tags have been added to Yandex.Market YML generation: “Warranty period” and “Comments to warranty period”. 
• The ability to customize the correspondence of suppliers’ source routes to warehouses in the configuration on the Ozon side has been added for Ozon generation. This makes it possible to generate a single feed for all Ozon warehouses and enable zeroing of balances on the Ozon side to avoid irrelevant offers that have been removed from your range. 
• API tag broadcasting for oils has been added to Avito generation. 
• New rule for forming offer id in YML generation - internal code, brand/article if missing. 

#abcp_catalog 

• Filter status indicator has been added to the list of product attributes in editable catalogs. 
• Block with catalog node description for “Drop-down lists without attributes” view in editable catalogs has been added. 
• Libraries of sorting in product filters in editable catalogs have been updated. 
• A separate message for customers when the limit is exhausted has been made for the Autodealer catalog. 
• New catalogs have been added to product group catalogs (100 catalogs in total):
• quick start aerosols
• anti-slip tracks 
• car tire tubes.
• Total statistics on product groups catalogs in 2023:
• catalogs created — 24 (total: 100);
• goods added to catalogs — 49088 (total: 517997).

#abcp_brands

• Statistics on working with manufacturers’ data in December:
• brands added — 75;
• brand descriptions added — 92;  
• articles added — 180641;
• product images added — 49986; 
• cross references added —  1093777.
• Statistics on working with data for 2023:
• brands added — 859;
• articles added — 1911365;
• product images added — 1162153; 
• cross references added —  24192125;
• new brands with “ABCP Data Supplier” status — 262.

#abcp_suppliers

• In 4mycar currencies it is now possible to use the currencies configured by the seller in the options in addition to the default settings.
• Support for Cyrillic domains has been added to the price update by mail.
• Functionality and informativeness of the interface of the suppliers updated from the price list by mail have been optimized and improved.
• Statistics of online suppliers’ connection has been displayed in the Control Panel of CG and franchisees.
