June report on new developments and improvements at ABCP

In June we reduced the cost of price list generation, we wrote about it in a separate news post, also we changed the warehouse cost limits - they increased threefold, while the cost of tariffs remained the same.

#ABCP_2.0 (tags used before: #abcp_TS #abcp_TS-2)

A large number of modifications and improvements has been made in ABCP2.0. Changes have been implemented in the following sections: orders, returns, acceptance, delivery, reports, API, the interface of Control Panel and many other improvements.

#abcp_clients

Integration with external accounting systems was implemented in order to display information about the customer’s balance in the Personal Account on the website.

#abcp_price

The minimum price was implemented in pricing.

#abcp_order

Information about the self-pickup office was added to the order payment page on the website.
The customer profile was added to the email about the order to admin.

#abcp_API

Recalculation of delivery terms was implemented in the basket/order operation, now updating of the term works the same way as it works in the shopping cart on the website.
New “Delete payments” operation was added — cp/finance/deletepayments.
The algorithm for limiting the number of search requests when they are executed via API was changed — now orders created on the same day affect the limits similarly to how it works when searching on the website.

It is now possible to send SMS to Belize and Oman.

#abcp_cp

To log in to the accountant’s Personal Account in Control Panel, the ability to maintain a session for authorized users and reuse the code sent to the administrator’s email was added.
The status name was added to the header of the SMS, WhatsApp and Telegram notification text editing window.
The interface of the “Notification systems setup” section was improved.
The interface of the “Mail for price lists update” section was improved.
A separate page with authorization and registration settings was implemented in the Control Panel.
Now the names of online suppliers and manufacturers are uniformly shown in the Control Panel interfaces.

#abcp_forms

Printing of documents (printing forms) of the Orders 1.0 section from the Control Panel has been implemented.

#abcp_finance

Development of the next stage of the bonus system and improvements based on users’ feedback are being carried on.
Automatic and manual status check for Arca Payment System (Armenian Card) was added.
Manual check option for online payment transaction status in Control Panel for Alfa Bank Payment System has been added.

#abcp_catalog

Automatic replacement of brand names synonyms with benchmark data when importing editable catalogs to the website has been implemented.
Improvement and optimization works have been carried out for the technical part in the editable catalogs.
The working speed of the Autodealer catalog has been increased, a mirror for access to the catalog from other countries has been added.
New catalogs were added to the catalogs of product groups (86 catalogs in total):

side cutters and clippers;
hydrometers;
load forks.

#abcp_export_prices

A new type of price list generation for kaspi.kz marketplace has been developed, the format of the generated file is XML.
Unlimited period of price list generation has been introduced between 13:00 and 6:00 (by Moscow time).
Generation for Avito has been improved on a large scale:

VideoURL tag has been added — “Link to video”, if the tag is configured in Control Panel, then it is added to each ad;
the directory of ads distribution by Avito categories has been expanded;
distribution of goods in the “For trucks and special equipment” category has been added;
specific tags for body parts and engines for more accurate positioning in Avito search have been added.
