#ABCP_2.0 (tags used before: #abcp_TS #abcp_TS-2)
- A large number of modifications and improvements have been made in ABCP 2.0. Changes have been implemented in the following sections: orders, finance, sites, API, reports and more.
- A new “Brand-number only for own warehouses” value has been added to the “Search: crossed-out price comparison modes” option. By using this value, different sizes of “discount” for specific products (brand-number) in own warehouses can be set.
- The availability replacement in the price list generation has been refined. Now it is possible to:
- set separate rules for certain articles, brands, and product groups;
- alter the current availability by a specified percentage;
- keep count by packs.
- When using own image server in generations for Drom and Avito marketplaces, there is now a new “Update photo” setting. With its help, it is possible to update proxy links and automatically upload actual versions of images from own server to marketplaces.
- The generation for Avito according to the new requirements for different categories has been refined.
- Binding of cars to positions in the order when assigning a client by VIN number has been added.
- The mechanism of payment statuses processing for payment systems has been optimized. The delay before the inquiry has been reduced from 15 down to 6 minutes.
- Quick access to the Clients and Cart options has been integrated in the Control Panel. To invoke the options, click on:
- the gear icon next to the Customers heading (for Customers option);
- the Clients (Control Panel) or Cart link in the navigation bar on the Options page.
- The option to use custom files for personal data processing pages has been added.
- Adding and removing IP addresses allowed for employees is now more convenient on the Settings page of the “Staff” section.
- The interfaces of the following sections have been improved:
- “Price list export” section;
- warehouse settings in catalogs of product groups;
- reconciliations in the Personal Area of the Control Panel.
- Primary website customization accessed from the Control Panel is now more logical and corresponds to the traffic metrics.
- Now there is a separate default VAT setting for delivery.
- The option to specify the non-return attribute for a product group has been implemented. It is configured in the customer’s profile editing, in the “Non-returnable product groups” field. When the setting is active, the “No return” sign is displayed for goods of a non-returnable group, just as it is now broadcast for goods non-returnability of which is configured via routes.
- Hiding of articles for guests now works in the “Related products” block too.
- There are new options in the pricing settings for shipping companies: set markup, fixed surcharge, and rounding - the buyer will see the total amount on the website and in the personal areas of all shipping companies.
- The property of the customer’s self-pick-up point has been aded to the conditions of recording the cost of delivery to the order 1.0 and delivery 2.0 — whether a particular self-pick-up point can accept payment.
- A new “Cart: shipping period” option has been developed - it allows to reduce the number of shipping days available for selection.
- The interfaces of message list have been updated and the sorting by unread messages has been introduced for Telegram and WhatsApp.
- Now the following order manager variables can be added in the SMS, Telegram and WhatsApp notifications: ORDER_EMPLOYEE_FIRST_NAME, ORDER_EMPLOYEE_LAST_NAME, ORDER_EMPLOYEE_EMAIL, ORDER_EMPLOYEE_MOBILE, ORDER_EMPLOYEE_PHONE.
- The operation speed of the Autodealer catalog has been increased.
- Improvements in “My catalogs”:
- customization of warehouses is now more convenient;
- improved protection from brand monitors — brands are hidden in the product filter taking into account profile settings and disabled brands;
- the dependence on the “Cart: allow guest orders” option has been implemented for the “Show *** instead of article for guest” option.
- Statistics on working with manufacturers’ data in May:
- brands added — 40;
- brand descriptions added — 101;
- articles added — 88619;
- product images added — 65967;
- cross references added — 1251591.
- Routes settings have been refined - now regular weekends are taken into account in normal routes as well, earlier they were taken into account only when setting up “According to the shipping schedule” routes. A text hint in the customization interface has also been added.
- According to the new requirement for those importing to Belarus (setting the maximum selling price, which no one should exceed), a new “Max price” column has been added to the configuration of price list uploading.
- The integration with the adeo.pro supplier has been refined - now the original replacements are displayed when assessment is carried out.
- A setting that prohibits franchisees to disable the Head office as an online supplier has been added.
