April 2021: What’s new on the ABCP Platform

What have been done in April:

We extended the tariffs in April and added a new free “copies of online suppliers” service to all users of our non-archive tariffs. Store owners often contacted us for individual customization of such a service in order to connect the same supplier to different offices. Fast self-connection of copies of online suppliers is now available.

#abcp_CRM

• Customer profile: improved layout of summary information.

#abcp_garage

• Cleaning of VIN from extraneous characters when adding a car to the garage was added.

#abcp_TS

• Added a mark for batches located in logically remote storage locations, areas, warehouses.
• Updated warehouse setup men.
• New filters were created on the page for adding items to acceptance from customers’ orders.

#abcp_forms

• Variables with the number of the state customs declaration were added to printing forms.
• Variable with a barcode of the full cell code was added to the printing form of storage location.
• The ability to add SKUs of products from own directory to printing forms as well as to search by SKU on the website was implemented.

#abcp_search

• A new “Recommended goods” block in the search results was implemented.
• The ability to highlight promo offers in the search results was implemented. The note is configured on the “Brands” tab in the supplier card. The text of the note is displayed in the “Warehouse” column by match with brand, route, client profile and group-property of the product.

#abcp_order

• The ability to reduce the number of steps to payment when placing an order through the website was developed.
• A new “Basket: period (in hours) after which the product of price supplier is considered obsolete” option for setting the validity period of prices from price suppliers. It is especially relevant if the price recalculation in the basket is disabled when adjusting the prices.

• Updated integration with Dostavista in accordance with the new API version.

#abcp_payment

• The process of adding a payment to Control Panel (CP) was improved. Now the type of payment selected in CP by default is offered in the form of adding a payment. If it is not selected in CP then it should be selected manually. Moreover, if a payment is added for a specific order in which type of payment was selected then it will also be displayed in the form.

#abcp_API

• Now a list of payment refunds can be received via API.

#abcp_finance

• Integration with the Idram payment system (Armenia) was added.
• The fiscalization of checks was finalized for Payonline payment system.

#abcp_KOMTET

• Improved support for the “Record in check as prepayment” mode when sending a check from a separate order.
• Implemented automatic conversion of the layout when entering a marking with a barcode scanner.

#abcp_WhatsApp

• The appearance of the dialog with a client was improved.
• Support of mobile devices was implemented.
• The display of a dialog with a client who wrote for the first time was implemented.
• The “pop-up” of dialogs with new messages to the top of the list was implemented.
• The customer’s phone number now works as a link to their client card.

#abcp_clients

• Logging of changes to personal data made by a client in their personal area was added.
• A search and verification of client’s and bank’s details from dadata was made in editing a client card in CP.

#abcp_cp

• The ability to view documentation in CP without switching to a new page was implemented.

#abcp_prices

• The rounding of prices depending on the range was added. Now as many price ranges as possible can be set up in order to create its own rounding rule for every price category.
• Support for different decimal separators in editing markups was added.

#abcp_suppliers

• Update of integration with Forum-Auto, the supplier added a new parameter of delivery period — the exact number of hours, h_deliv.
