It is necessary to provide the supplier the IP address of server from where system call the supplier's web-service - 5.9.75.202.
As a login, use your id from the emex.ru site (displayed in the site header after authorization); as a password - the password for accessing the site emex.ru.
If you have access and follow the instructions, this supplier will become available.
