June 2022: What’s new on the ABCP Platform

What has been done in June:

#abcp_TS-2

• The work is being continued in the new TS modules, changes were implemented in the following sections: acceptance, orders, delivery, returns, forms and API. 

#abcp_CRM

• Copying the user name in the customer data card summary has been fixed (when the name is very long and ends with three dots).

#abcp_order 

• A pickup office has been added for each item in the "Search in orders" section.
• The credit limit at checkout is now compared to the final amount of the order, i.e. after applying a discount on the order amount.

#abcp_KOMTET

• A link between Financial module payment type and Comtet payment in the form of adding payment from the order has been re-established.
• When an online payment is received, now there are no order items on the check if the “Advance payment” setting is enabled. 
• “Prepayment” option has been added to the “Payment” line in the form of adding the payment with a check and in the form of creating a single check. 

#abcp_finance

• The option of refunding online payment directly to customer’s bank card from Control Panel has been implemented. The "Refund to bank card" checkbox must be checked in the refund form in order for the refund to be performed. This will allow you not to go to personal acquiring account in order to make a refund from the list of transactions. Refund to card is supported for the following payment systems: Sberbank, YooKassa, Tinkoff, PayKeeper.
• Alfa-Bank acquiring has been developed.
• New payment system — DPO Pay.

#abcp_API

• The option of getting additional information about payments in the cp/onlinePayments method has been implemented (customPaymentInfo structure has been added in response).
• Adding mobile phone information to the cp/orders method has been implemented — userMobile.
• The option to not specify a manager when creating an order for the cp/order method has been implemented. 
• The cp/order operation now has filtering by offices — the officeId parameter. Orders can be filtered by the pickup office, by the customer’s office or by the manager who placed the order if they belong to this office. 

#abcp_goods 

• Work with Excel files in flypages has been updated. 

#abcp_search

• An extended setting of search columns has been developed - separate visibility for employees, customers and guests. 
• New value of the “Search: delivery date display” option — {Today, tomorrow, day, month}. The date is displayed this way: “Today”, “Today — tomorrow”, “July 10 - 11". 

#abcp_catalog 

• Operation algorithms of edited catalogues have been optimized. On average, the speed of catalog pages’ operation has been increased by 3-5 times.
• An option with values by price (set by default) and by delivery time has been added for sorting of offers within the product tile of the edited catalog by price and by delivery time. You should specify 0 in the “Term” field in the price list routes that are in the data received from the warehouses in order to allow goods from your own warehouse to be shown first in the sorting by term.  
• Works on the general improvement of editable catalogs have been performed. 
• The option to output the comment for goods in “Price lists” catalogs by analogy with “My catalogs” and “The catalogs of product groups” has been added for selected brands. 
• The representation of Laximo catalog for foreign users has been improved. 
• The option for configuring the language of the “Parts-catalogs” catalog has been added, the following options are implemented: en, ru, de, bg, fr, es, he. If the website language is not present in the list of available languages in the catalog, the catalog will be displayed in the language selected in the option. 
• The existing catalogs have been improved:
• explicit filtering by application type (2T/4T) has been added to the motorcycle and boat oil catalog;
• the option of filtering by classification (ISO and DIN) has been added to the catalog of hydraulic oils.
• New catalogs have been added:
• Sunblinds;
• Muffler’s sleeves;
• Automotive kits;
• Tire repair kits.

#abcp_sms

• A phone code of Sri Lanka has been added for sending SMS.

#abcp_report

• The “Price list prices comparison” report has been improved.

#abcp_forms

• Support of DELIVERY_OFFICE_NAME, DELIVERY_OFFICE_CITY, DELIVERY_OFFICE_ADDRESS and DELIVERY_OFFICE_PHONE variables has been added to the “Document on marked items” printing form. 
• Support for CLIENT_ID variable has been added to the emailPaymentAlertReseller text message and support for CUSTOMER_ID variable to the emailMessageCarryingOutPaymentFromClient text message. 

• Statistics on working with manufacturers’ data in June:
• Brands added — 51;
• Brand descriptions added — 130;  
• Articles added — 388067;
• Product images added — 119362; 
• Cross references added — 2256673.

#abcp_suppliers

• A search of tasks by vendor function has been added.
• Interface of choice lines in the warehouses queue has been improved.
• “Trust “Official distributor” attribute” and “Trust “No return” attribute” attributes have been added to the settings for Trinity-Parts supplier. The default is disabled.
• New online suppliers have been added:
